This website is hosted on servers of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany; the servers are located in Austria. When you visit, the server records IP address, time, page requested, browser and operating system in log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

A data processing agreement is in place with netcup GmbH.

We use no analytics or advertising cookies and load no fonts or scripts from third parties. During the order we store, for ten minutes, an encrypted, technically necessary cookie that secures your email confirmation code. Your company name is stored locally until you close the browser tab so it is pre-filled in the order.

When you write to us via the form, we process your name, email address, optionally company and phone, and your message in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The enquiry is sent as an email to our mailbox and deleted once it is dealt with and no retention obligation applies.

To conclude the lease we process first and last name, email address, optionally phone, legal form, name and address of your company, and the chosen plan. To verify your email address we send you a confirmation code. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

From this data we create the lease and the rental confirmation. Conversion to PDF takes place on our own systems. We retain the contract and invoicing data for ten years in line with German commercial and tax law.

We create invoices with the Invoice Ninja software on a server we operate. It stores your company and contact details, invoices and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. If you pay by credit card, Stripe processes the card data directly; we do not receive full card details. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); Stripe is itself responsible for processing within its systems, see Stripe's privacy policy.

We send confirmation codes, contract documents and replies via our own email server. The emails contain your address and the documents mentioned.

If you order the service via one of our partners (for example a company formation service), the partner sends us your order data by email. We process it like a direct order. The partner is responsible for its own processing.

We receive mail for your company and record sender, date of receipt and, on your instruction, the content as a scan. We process this data solely to perform the lease and delete scans once you have received them and no further retention is needed.

Most of our customers are based outside the EU. Sending contracts and invoices to you takes place at your request and to perform the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Beyond that we do not transfer your data to third countries.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected] for this. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
