Banks, insurers and telecom providers look at leases more closely these days. They increasingly no longer accept short terms as proof of address. That's why we only offer the annual lease now, and it costs less than before.
If you don't get a business account at any bank despite our support, we refund your €395 annual rent.
The €99 setup stays with us, because the work behind it has been done by then.

We know the banks' current requirements and the ways to meet them. If a bank asks for additional proof at the address, we supply it.
Two more banks
We know two banks that open business accounts with a business address. We advise you and, if you like, fill in the applications together with you.

If nobody says yes there either, we refund your €395 annual rent. We can't check why it failed; you get the money back anyway.
Whether a bank takes you on is its own decision. We don't promise that. What we do promise: we stay on it, and if it doesn't work out, you get your money back.

Net prices. Companies based in Germany may be charged statutory VAT. The lease runs for twelve months, renews for twelve months and can be cancelled in writing (email is fine) with one month's notice before the term ends.

Your landlord and contract partner is ARUS Solutions GmbH in Nettetal. It provides the desk on site, receives your mail, issues the invoice and is your point of contact.
Each bank decides for itself, and their rules change. Several banks open business accounts with a business address like ours. If one declines, we take the next steps with you: supply missing documents, two more banks, apply together. If no bank says yes in the end, we refund your annual rent.
Because banks, insurers and telecom providers increasingly no longer accept short leases as proof of address. A twelve-month lease is a real lease in their eyes. In return we lowered the annual price and added a money-back guarantee.
If you don't get a business account for your company at any bank despite our support, we refund your €395 annual rent. Conditions: you have the rejections in writing, you tried the banks we recommended, and you contact us within the first 30 days after the lease starts. The €99 setup stays with us. The exact terms are in the T&Cs.
A one-time €99 in the first year for the contract, your account, the sign and guidance through the first applications. It does not apply on renewal. It is not refunded, not even under the guarantee.
We advise against it. The Impressum must show the address where your company is established, which is its registered seat abroad. A German address there publicly declares an establishment in Germany. The tax office can read that as a sign of a permanent establishment or place of management here, with possible German tax liability. Use Kirchplatz 8 for mail and correspondence and check the details with your tax adviser.
The lease right after payment, by email. You sign it and send it back. The rental confirmation follows 1–2 working days after we receive your signature.
We receive it and notify you. On request we open and scan it or forward it worldwide with tracking; you pay postage at cost. Mail from senders you name is forwarded unopened.
On up to 4 days a month, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Book one working day ahead by email and we confirm. For meetings or client appointments we arrange things in advance.
